It has been drawn to my attention that the Minneapolis Star Tribune is no longer granting any access to readers not subscribing to the newspaper. Several other articles have been written about the new law that gives school boards the power to renew property tax levies without voter approval. One is on the website of the American Experiment. It is dated 6/12/23 and headlined: “New law lets school boards bypass voters to renew expiring tax levies.”
